Killing trees.....and an update (oh glory be!)

It has come to my attention that I have killed a lot of trees since...January. All these lesson plans, and handouts and copies of worksheets....ugh. It almost makes me ill to think of the amount of paper I (and my greedy little 8 year olds) have consumed in just 2 short months....

I have spent countless hours creating lesson plans, and super centers, and the like. And printing them. For aforementioned grubby 8 year olds to enjoy (?!?). I feel like it may be in vain.

Alas, only 9 more weeks. And then....and THEN...??? Well, then it will be summer and I will get to breathe. Glory, glory, hallelujah.

So, besides killing innocent plantlife and writing poetry to my blog, in a lame attempt at avoiding work (yes, sarah saw right through my ploy...rats)....what have I and the little darling been up to, you ask? (or you should ask, just to be polite.)

A month (or....two....) in review....courtesy of my phone and its so-so camera.

But first...a list of random electronics (and related paraphenalia) that have gone missing in the B-dale household. Please notify me if you have seen these:
----> My camera. Last seen wearing a silver case. Sometime around Christmas. Adorned with a disgustingly enormous memory card filled to bursting with pictures of my darling cherub (gag gag...at my obsession with taking pictures of him...not him personally)
-----> The USB cord for my printer. Now, this one is truly puzzling. It was attached on Wednesday night (two weeks ago!). The next night, it was gone. However, everything else on the computer/printer was in the same location. Hmmmm.....
-----> Something else...that I can't remember right now....oh! My mini SD adapter. Another reason why I haven't posted (or another excuse...your choice).

So...there.
And...now....pictures.

Hmmmm...my bets on Milo. :-) Does he have a secret hiding place for cool treasure? I can never find all of the pool table balls when my 3 year old nephew comes over. Usual spots are behind the book shelf, under a pillow, or in the seat of his Pooh bike. Good luck finding your treasures!
